- This is a self-responsible race. Do carefully check the marks and go on.
- Do not force to carry on the race when you are hurt or injured. This is not your only chance.
- Be polite to people and nature and do enjoy all the time.
SWIM
- You can make your way with swimming or floating and also you can take rests to perch on buoys or course rope during swim leg however, you cannot proceed with holding the course rope.
- Paddles and fins are not allowed.
- Wearing a provided swim cap is mandatory.
- Wetsuit should need under the following conditions

MTB
- You cannot make your way other than with raiding, carrying and pushing your MTB.
- MTB is only allowed for the race. (Rode racers, other bikes are not allowed)
- Fasten your helmet strap before you ride your MTB and unfasten it after you get off your MTB.
- Do not disturb and move to the side as soon as possible when you are being passed, especially when you are on single truck.
- Safety is No1 priority. Do not pass other riders aggressively when the course is not safety enough.
- Drafting is allowed.
- Put a provided Race No# in front of your MTB. Do not change or fabricate it.
- When you get trouble during the race, basically you have to fix by yourself. Being given any help from other competitors is allowed, however it is prohibited to have help from outsiders.
- Do not disturb or violate other competitors and nature.

TRAIL RUN
- Put a provided Race # on your front. @Wearing a race belt is allowed.
- You can make your way with running, walking and crawling but do not use any instruments that can help your way ahead.
- Safety is No.1 priority. Do not disturb or violate other competitors and nature.

TRANSITION
- Do not get on your MTB until you pass the designated line.
- Get off your MTB before the designated line.
- You can put your MTB and your belongings only marked area with your race #.
